How do I invite colleagues to my corporate team?

To invite teammates to your corporate team profile, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to Cloudscene
  2. Click on the user icon in the top right-hand side of the website
  3. Click on your company name
  4. Click on the Team tab 
  5. Add your team members details in the form provided at the top of the page
  6. Click Send to email them an invitation to join your corporate account.

Those you invite will receive an email with further instructions – even if the person is not yet a Cloudscene user. 

If the team member doesn’t receive the email, you can select Resend beside their name in the Team Members table. If you wish to remove the invitation, simply select Remove. You can also edit the person’s details whilst the invitation is still pending, by selecting Edit.
