How do I invite colleagues to my corporate team?
You will need Team Management permission within your corporate team to invite new members. To learn more about corporate team permissions click here.
Once you have the correct permissions, follow these instructions to invite teammates to your corporate team profile:
- 1. Log in to Cloudscene
- 2. Click on the user icon in the top right-hand side of the website
- 3. Click on your company name
- 4. Click on the Team tab
- 5. Click on Invite Team Members
- 6. Fill out your team member’s details and assign them permissions
- 7. Click Send to email them an invitation to join your corporate account
Those you invite will receive an email with further instructions – even if the person is not yet a Cloudscene user.
If you wish to remove the invitation, simply select Remove beside their name. You can also edit the person’s details whilst the invitation is still pending, by selecting Edit.
