How do I invite colleagues to my corporate team?
To invite teammates to your corporate team profile, follow the steps below:
- Log in to Cloudscene
- Click on the user icon in the top right-hand side of the website
- Click on your company name
- Click on the Team tab
- Click on Invite Team Members
- Fill out your team member’s details and assign them permissions (you can read about all new team member permissions here)
- Click Send to email them an invitation to join your corporate account.
Those you invite will receive an email with further instructions – even if the person is not yet a Cloudscene user.
If you wish to remove the invitation, simply select Remove. You can also edit the person’s details whilst the invitation is still pending, by selecting Edit.
