How can I find, view, edit or remove my Cloud Pathfinder quote request once it has been sent?

The details for your quote request are stored in Cloudscene’s Marketplace as a private listing. A private Marketplace listing is created and is only visible to you and the providers you have requested quotations from.

This allows you to edit your requirements and review your quote responses from a single, independent platform. To edit your Cloud Pathfinder quote request follow the instructions below:

  1. Login to your user account
  2. Select your user icon in the top right hand side of the menu.
  3. Select My Marketplace.
  4. From here, your quote request will be accessible via the My Listings tab with a link that will take you directly to your private Marketplace listing.
  5. Here you can make edits, remove the request, invite more service providers to respond, and allocate key contacts to receive your quote request.
